Implementation

The landscape design studio “La Rossa” deals only with implementation of own projects.

Implementation is a complex, multi-stage process, so it may take up a long period of time: depending on the size of the territory, the complexity and scale of the project, and the season, it can last from three months to several years. After the contract is signed by the customer, implementation begins.

Work stages

The first stage of the project implementation is construction works, including installation of irrigation, lighting, drainage and drainage systems of water drainage. First, according to the calculations approved in the project, the search and ordering of building materials is carried out. The studio engages specialists for construction works, then the estimate documentation is developed and processed, the production schedule and the project of work organization is approved. The next stage is beautification and greening of the territory.

Architectural supervision

We are primarily interested in the design of high-quality gardens, but we also strive to optimize the client’s expenses. That is why our studio provides architectural supervision.

During the project implementation there may be unforeseen circumstances, additional information or new project restrictions, which sometimes cannot be taken into account before the implementation starts. It is possible that there will be a need for new additional drawings.

With architectural supervision designer and project manager will fully control the project implementation and resolve the issues arising during the work.
